Refund Policy

Wild Horizons Coaching & Leadership

At Wild Horizons, I’m committed to creating meaningful, high-quality coaching experiences rooted in trust, clarity, and transformation.

Because coaching is a personalized, time-bound service, the following refund policy applies.

1:1 Coaching

• Payments for individual coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

• If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• In the rare event that I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

Packages & Programs

• Coaching packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once started.

• If circumstances change before the first session, please reach out — I’m always open to a conversation and will handle situations with care and fairness whenever possible.

Group Programs, Workshops & Retreats

• Deposits for group programs, workshops, or retreats are non-refundable, as space is limited and planning commitments are made in advance.

• If you cancel after full payment has been made, refunds may be offered only if your spot can be filled, minus any non-recoverable costs.

• If Wild Horizons needs to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future offering.

A Human Note

Coaching is a partnership built on commitment and trust. If something doesn’t feel right or you’re experiencing unexpected circumstances, I encourage you to reach out. While refunds aren’t always possible, open communication is always welcome.
