Coaching Relationship

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching.

Services

Wild Horizons Coaching & Leadership provides:

  • Individual coaching

  • Group and team coaching

  • Workshops, speaking engagements, and retreats

Specific details, pricing, and formats are outlined on the website or discussed prior to engagement.

Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • By purchasing a service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms outlined at the time of booking.

  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Scheduling & Attendance

  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule individual sessions.

  • Missed or late cancellations may be forfeited.

  • If Wild Horizons needs to cancel a session or event, you will be offered a reschedule or appropriate refund.

Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (including risk of harm to self or others).

Coaching does not involve record-keeping in the same manner as therapy or counselling.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Wild Horizons Coaching & Leadership — including worksheets, frameworks, exercises, and written content — are the intellectual property of Wild Horizons and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
